Billing & Tiers
Zero Terminal has three subscription tiers and a separate set of one-time MAX X credit packs. All billing runs through Stripe; Clerk handles only authentication.
Tiers
- Free — Connect unlimited brokers, get the unified portfolio view, real-time position sync, SEC filings and corporate actions, margin and risk analytics, and X Top News. No Grok sentiment, no Command Agent, no X Timeline.
- Standard ("X Pulse") — Adds Grok AI portfolio sentiment on up to ten tickers, on-demand Grok Search (twenty per day), Grok filing analysis (thirty per month), and Command Agent access (ten turns per day).
- Premium ("X Pro") — Increases the limits across the board: twenty Grok-watched tickers, fifty Grok searches per day, one hundred filing analyses per month, and thirty Command Agent turns per day. Premium also unlocks X Timeline Search, search account lists up to five hundred accounts, and priority support and early access.
All subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — your account drops to the Free tier at the end of the current billing period and your data stays put.
MAX X credit packs
X API access is metered, and Premium's ten searches per month covers most users. When you need more, MAX X packs add capacity on top of a Premium subscription.
- Monthly recurring packs — MAX X Boost, Wide, and Ultra — add 60, 90, or 180 searches per month with 150 posts per search. They renew with your Premium plan and stop when you cancel.
- Credit packs are one-time Stripe Checkout purchases (10, 25, or 50 searches at 150 posts each). Credits expire 30 days after purchase.
Credit packs are billed through Stripe Checkout directly — there is no public pricing page link, since you need to be signed in and on a Premium plan to use them.
Refunds
Subscription refunds and disputes are handled case by case. Email support@zeroterminal.io with the order details.
